The team at ST. ALi UK threw one hell of a party tonight and set the bar for cafe launch events in the future

Several hundred people filled the amazing cafe/roastery/fine dining space that now occupies 27 Clerkenwell Road, London

There is no shortage of brewing technology here with a range of  espresso machines (including London’s first Slayer), halogen powered syphons and cold brew drip filter brewing apparatus, flanked by 2 roasters

The official opening is on Saturday 09 April 2011 and I wish the ST. ALi UK team all the best
