Gary Fong Lightsphere Collapsible

I had the pleasure of meeting Gary Fong at the Canon Pro Photo 2010 show in London a few weeks ago, after his hands-on demo of the new Gary Fong Lightsphere Collapsible.

This is the 4th generation of his product and seems to offer so much more flexibility than previous versions. The lighting seems more even and there are more accessories (such as the new domes) to help change colour temperature or direct the light more efficiently

I was too slow to redeem my 20% off show voucher (redeemable at BBJ Imports) but am due to pick up one in the next few weeks

The images taken on set and of the crowd (straight from camera without alteration) were of good quality and better than most diffusers costing a lot more money (and taking up more space)

Keen to get my hands on one now and to get out there and shoot some images with it.
